Dr. Eugenia Fletcher is a dedicated educator, restorative justice practitioner, and author whose work is rooted in truth-telling, ancestral wisdom, and transformative change. With over two decades of experience in the classroom and educational leadership, she has become a powerful voice for those often silenced by systemic injustice.
Born with a calling to serve, Dr. Fletcher has spent her career championing marginalized youth and advocating for trauma-informed, culturally relevant, and equity-driven practices in education. Her work is deeply inspired by her ancestors and spiritual lineage—especially the wisdom passed down from strong matriarchal figures in her life.
She holds advanced degrees in education and leadership, and has trained educators nationwide on restorative practices, mindfulness, and classroom reform.
